Premier Solutions is a Community Integration Training Program for adults with Developmental Disabilities in Shasta County. We provide career options, training and placement for individuals who want to work in meaningful paid positions at local business’s in the community. We offer business’s prospective employee’s who appreciate there entry level jobs and provide them with the support needed to maintain longivity at their positions. Our creative approach has opened a window of opportunity to business owners by producing long term employees in high turn over positions while saving money and taking advantage of the many tax incentives available.
